Withdraw from Contract

Exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2023/2673.

Important: We only confirm receipt of your withdrawal, not its validity. We will subsequently verify whether the withdrawal was submitted within the deadline and whether the right of withdrawal may have already expired (e.g., in case of immediate performance).

Legal Information

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration in time.

For digital services with immediate commencement, the right of withdrawal may expire if you have expressly consented.
