We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, or availability, with reasonable notice to users where required by law. We may also introduce new services or features subject to these Terms.

3. Changes to Terms or Pricing

OpenGrowBox may update these Terms or pricing structures to reflect changes in our Services, business needs, legal requirements, or market conditions. We will notify users of material changes by email or via announcements within the Services, with at least 30 days' notice when required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Continued use of the Services after such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms or prices.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out under their accounts. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. OpenGrowBox is not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse or unauthorized access.

5. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate user access if there is a breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or failure to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenGrowBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including data loss, device failure, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the jurisdiction in which OpenGrowBox operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction unless alternative arrangements are legally agreed upon.

8. Communication and Notifications

We may send you service-related announcements and legal notices via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. Legal communications will be deemed received 48 hours after being sent, unless legally required otherwise.
