What is PPFD & DLI?

PPFD measures photons hitting your plants per square meter per second. It's the intensity your plants actually receive.

DLI is total daily light - PPFD × hours. Think of it as your plant's "daily food" of light.

DLI = PPFD × photoperiod × 3.6 / 1,000,000
