What is VPD?

Vapor Pressure Deficit is the difference between moisture in the air vs moisture in the plant. It's critical for optimal growth.

VPD = SVP_leaf - (SVP_air × RH)

Optimal VPD helps plants absorb water, transport nutrients, and open stomata for CO2 uptake.
